Returns and Refunds

  • Vintage and Pre-Owned (Gently Used) Items
  • Given the nature of pre-owned and vintage items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase and all items are final sale unless required under United States consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws.
  • All Other Items
  • Items may be returned or exchanged for a different size within 10 days of purchase.
  • We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with.
    If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within the necessary amount of business days it may take. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.

  • To qualify for a exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

     

  • If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. Once processed, you will be notified and pay for reshipping. 

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
